WHO WE ARE

You've heard that millions and millions of dollars have been donated to Lahaina. Great, right?

But all of that money is going to the government, or to charities who are giving it out to other charities.

Local families have gotten $700. That's it.

We're still expected to pay our mortgages, our property taxes, and our HOA fees on destroyed homes - while also finding a place to live and paying for that as well.

Our homes are gone, our work is gone. And all of those millions are not going to the individuals in Lahaina.

So we decided to take matters into our own hands.

Lahaina Rise is a registered non-profit started by Lahaina locals, for Lahaina locals.

All donations are going directly into the local community - given to kama'aina to use for housing, food, and necessities.

Lahaina will rebuild, but we're going to have to do it ourselves in order for our community to survive.
